The Village will make every reasonable effort to satisfy such requests; however, it is expressly agreed that no obligation shall arise in this respect, and that the failure to meet such preferences shall, under no circumstances, entitle the customer to any refund or price reduction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.5.<\/strong> Guests are reminded that pets are not allowed within the Camping Village, not even small-sized animals.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d28a02f elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"d28a02f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85b3104 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"85b3104\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">02 Value of the Stay<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30e5764 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30e5764\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>2.1.<\/strong> The Value of the stay corresponds to its total price.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2.<\/strong> The Value of the stay can be verified by performing an availability search via the online booking system of the Camping Village\u2019s website or by sending an e-mail to the Booking Office.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b48977 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"1b48977\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8985e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e8985e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"> 03 Deposit and Booking Fee<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-814e046 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"814e046\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> Upon booking, a deposit shall be requested as a guarantee of the reservation, which may be retained by the Camping Village under the conditions set out below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2.<\/strong> The amount of the deposit is specified in the booking offer and varies according to the Value of the stay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3.<\/strong> In the event that the stay actually takes place, the amount paid as deposit shall be fully deducted from the final balance corresponding to the Value of the stay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.4.<\/strong> In the case of special rate conditions, advance payment of the Value of the stay, in whole or in part, may be required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.5.<\/strong> Except for bookings made online through the Camping Village\u2019s website, a booking fee of \u20ac20.00 shall be applied and charged at the time of final payment of the stay.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94e81a6 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"94e81a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b64ca4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b64ca4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">04 Payment of the Deposit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52fc179 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52fc179\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>4.1.<\/strong> The deadline for payment of the deposit is indicated in the booking offer, along with the relevant payment instructions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2.<\/strong> For online bookings, whether made through the Camping Village\u2019s website or through other platforms, payment must be made immediately by credit card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.3.<\/strong> The booking shall be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received within the specified deadline.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d0e191 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"7d0e191\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-057139a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"057139a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">05 Confirmation of the Booking<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-832dfef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"832dfef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>5.1.<\/strong> The booking shall be considered completed and binding only upon receipt by the Guest of the written booking confirmation issued by the Camping Village.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c1a1e36 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"c1a1e36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7832f4e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7832f4e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">06 Variations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6aed0d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6aed0d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>6.1.<\/strong> Variations to already confirmed booking periods are permitted, subject to availability, up to twenty days before the scheduled date of arrival.<br><br><strong>6.2.<\/strong> In case of variations to the period of stay, a different rate may apply compared to the one confirmed at the time of booking.<br><br><strong>6.3.<\/strong> In the event of variations, the Management reserves the right to assign a different pitch number than initially booked.<br><br><strong>6.4.<\/strong> For pitches, after payment of the deposit and receipt of confirmation, a management fee of \u20ac25.00 will be charged for each modification of the booking approved by the Booking Office that results in a reduction of the number of nights or a change of the confirmed period.<br><br><strong>6.5.<\/strong> Late arrival is permitted until 1:00 p.m. on the day following the scheduled arrival date, only if such delay is notified by e-mail no later than midnight (24:00) of the scheduled arrival day.<br>If no communication is received within that term, the booking shall automatically lapse at midnight (24:00) on the expected arrival day, and the provisions of paragraph 7.2 shall apply.<br><br><strong>6.6.<\/strong> In the event of delayed arrival (subject to the above provision) and\/or early departure, the following shall apply:<br><ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>for pitches: the current rate for the uninhabited pitch shall be charged;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>for housing units: the total amount of the booked stay shall be charged;<\/li>\r\n<\/ul><br><\/li><br><\/ul><br>even if the change has been communicated in advance at the reception upon arrival.<br><br><strong>6.7.<\/strong> In any case, for the entire unused period, whether before the delayed arrival or after the early departure and until the end of the originally booked stay, the pitch or housing unit shall remain at the full disposal of the Management.<br><br><strong>6.8.<\/strong> Guests who leave the pitch uninhabited during their stay shall nevertheless be charged the full rate for the uninhabited pitch.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bf51dc elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"2bf51dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f801a29 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f801a29\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">07 Cancellations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31b8d0d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"31b8d0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>7.1.<\/strong> If the Guest cancels the booking by sending written notice via e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:fiori@vacanze-natura.it\">fiori@vacanze-natura.it<\/a> at least twenty days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit shall be refunded, subject to a retention of \u20ac50.00 for stays up to \u20ac999.99 and \u20ac100.00 for stays of \u20ac1,000.00 or more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.2.<\/strong> No refund shall be due for cancellations that do not comply with the above terms or in the event of no-show as provided under paragraph 6.5. In such cases, the deposit shall be retained by the Camping Village as compensation for damages and inconvenience resulting from the late cancellation or non-arrival.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.3.<\/strong> No exceptions shall be made for bookings made and confirmed within the 20 days prior to arrival.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.4.<\/strong> Different cancellation terms may apply in case of special rate or payment conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.5.<\/strong> In the event of cancellation of the booking, the pitch or housing unit shall remain fully at the disposal of the Management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.6.<\/strong> Guests are advised to take out travel insurance covering the possible cancellation of the trip.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.7.<\/strong> The above terms apply exclusively to cases of withdrawal, cancellation, or termination by the Guest.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-340d2df elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"340d2df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2831e56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2831e56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">08 Check-in<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a86d2a9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a86d2a9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>8.1.<\/strong> Guests are invited to complete the online check-in at least 24 hours before arrival by accessing their personal reserved area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.2.<\/strong> The option to perform online check-in becomes available once the booking has been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.3.<\/strong> Upon arrival, the Guests must present at the reception:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>a valid identity document for each member of the party;<\/li>\n<li>the booking confirmation;<\/li>\n<li>the license plate number of the vehicle used to access the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p><strong>8.4.<\/strong> Upon registration, a wristband will be provided to each Guest, which grants access to the premises and must be worn throughout the entire stay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.5. <\/strong>Access to pitches and housing units is permitted from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are therefore advised to plan their trip accordingly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.6.<\/strong> Upon first entry to the accommodation unit and during the stay, the Guest must promptly report any faults, breakages, malfunctions, or missing items to the reception to enable timely intervention.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e7675ae elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"e7675ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-969695a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"969695a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">09 Balance of the Stay<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bbd624 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6bbd624\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>9.1.<\/strong> The balance of the Value of the stay shall be settled on the day of departure or the day before, exclusively at the Camping Village\u2019s cashier office, during its opening hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.2.<\/strong> Advance payments towards the Value of the stay may be made at the cashier office only during the Guest\u2019s stay. Payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, Bancomat card, or cash (within the maximum amount permitted by Italian law).<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.3.<\/strong> Guests are kindly requested to check the spending limits of their credit or debit cards before arrival.
