General booking conditions

01 Booking Procedures

1.1. All pitches and accommodation units of the Camping Village may be booked:

    • through the online booking system available on the official website of the Camping Village or through third-party platforms;
    • by directly contacting the Camping Village’s Booking Office by telephone or e-mail.

1.2. Bookings received within 20 days prior to the date of arrival, as well as online bookings, do not allow advance assignment of pitch number.
For pitches, both arrivals and departures can be daily according to availability. For housing units arrival and departure days are as follows:

    • Bungalow Design (1-11), Bungalow Mare (17-23), Bungalow Garden (12-16 / 24-32): Friday.
    • Chalet Natura Superior (15-36), Chalet Pineta I (1-15), Chalet Sole Classic II (21-30), Maxi Mare Large (14-19), Maxi Mare (1-13): Saturday.
    • Chalet Sole Classic II (31-36), Chalet Sole Six Beds I (37-42): Wednesday or Saturday.
    • Chalet Natura Classic (1-10), Chalet Natura Family (11-14), Chalet Sole Six Beds II (43-51), Caravan Tabbert: Sunday.
    • Chalet Pineta II (16-29): Monday.
    • Chalet Sole Classic I (1-20): Friday or Monday.

Arrival and departure days may be subject to change during certain periods of the season and depending on availability.

1.3. Bookings of housing units entail the assignment of the specific unit number upon arrival.

1.4. The Village cannot guarantee in advance any preferences regarding position, orientation, or unit number.
The Village will make every reasonable effort to satisfy such requests; however, it is expressly agreed that no obligation shall arise in this respect, and that the failure to meet such preferences shall, under no circumstances, entitle the customer to any refund or price reduction.

1.5. Guests are reminded that pets are not allowed within the Camping Village, not even small-sized animals.

02 Value of the Stay

2.1. The Value of the stay corresponds to its total price.

2.2. The Value of the stay can be verified by performing an availability search via the online booking system of the Camping Village’s website or by sending an e-mail to the Booking Office.
The total cost of the stay for pitches is calculated by adding the current pitch rate, the per-person rate listed in the price list, and any additional extra services. As for the Village, the cost of the stay includes a minimum of one and a maximum of four people, the mandatory supplement for final cleaning, the price for any additional guests, and the beach service.

03 Deposit and Booking Fee

3.1. Upon booking, a deposit shall be requested as a guarantee of the reservation, which may be retained by the Camping Village under the conditions set out below.

3.2. The amount of the deposit is specified in the booking offer and varies according to the Value of the stay.

3.3. In the event that the stay actually takes place, the amount paid as deposit shall be fully deducted from the final balance corresponding to the Value of the stay.

3.4. In the case of special rate conditions, advance payment of the Value of the stay, in whole or in part, may be required.

3.5. Except for bookings made online through the Camping Village’s website, a booking fee of €20.00 shall be applied and charged at the time of final payment of the stay.

04 Payment of the Deposit

4.1. The deadline for payment of the deposit is indicated in the booking offer, along with the relevant payment instructions. .

4.2. For online bookings, whether made through the Camping Village’s website or through other platforms, payment must be made immediately by credit card.

4.3. The booking shall be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received within the specified deadline..

05 Confirmation of the Booking

5.1. The booking shall be considered completed and binding only upon receipt by the Guest of the written booking confirmation issued by the Camping Village.

06 Variations

6.1. Variations to already confirmed booking periods are permitted, subject to availability, up to 20 days before the scheduled date of arrival.

6.2. In case of variations to the period of stay, a different rate may be apply compared to the one confirmed at the time of booking.

6.3. In the event of variations, the Management reserves the right to assign a different pitch number than initially booked.

6.4. For pitches, after payment of the deposit and receipt of confirmation, a management fee of €25.00 will be charged for each modification of the booking approved by the Booking Office that results in a reduction of the number of nights or a change of the confirmed period.

6.5. Late arrival is permitted until 1 p.m. on the day following the scheduled arrival date, only if such delay is notified by e-mail no later than midnight (24:00) of the scheduled arrival day.
If no communication is received within that term, the booking shall automatically lapse at midnight (24:00) on the expected arrival day, and the provisions of paragraph 7.2 shall apply.

6.6. In the event of delayed arrival (subject to the above provision) and/or early departure, the following shall apply:

    • for pitches: the current rate for the uninhabited pitch shall be charged;
    • for housing units: the total amount of the booked stay shall be charged; even if the change has been communicated in advance at the reception upon arrival.

6.7. In any case, for the entire unused period, whether before the delayed arrival or after the early departure and until the end of the originally booked stay, the pitch or housing unit shall remain at the full disposal of the Management.

6.8. Guests who leave the pitch uninhabited during their stay shall nevertheless be charged the full rate for the uninhabited pitch.

07 Cancellations

7.1. If the Guest cancels the booking by sending written notice via e-mail to fiori@vacanze-natura.it at least 20 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit shall be refunded, subject to a retention of €50.00 for stays up to € 999.99 and € 100.00 for stays of € 1,000.00 or more.

7.2. No refund shall be due for cancellations that do not comply with the above terms or in the event of no-show as provided under paragraph 6.5. In such cases, the deposit shall be retained by the Camping Village as compensation for damages and inconvenience resulting from the late cancellation or non-arrival.

7.3. No exceptions shall be made for bookings made and confirmed within the 20 days prior to arrival.

7.4. Different cancellation terms may apply in case of special rate or payment conditions.

7.5. In the event of cancellation of the booking, the pitch or housing unit shall remain fully at the disposal of the Management.

7.6. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance covering the possible cancellation of the trip.

7.7. The above terms apply exclusively to cases of withdrawal, cancellation, or termination by the Guest.

08 Check-in

8.1. Guests are invited to complete the online check-in at least 24 hours before arrival by accessing their personal reserved area.

8.2. The option to perform online check-in becomes available once the booking has been confirmed.

8.3. Upon arrival, the Guests must present at the reception:

    • a valid identity document for each member of the party;
    • the booking confirmation;
    • the license plate number of the vehicle used to access the premises.

8.4. Upon registration, a personalized camping pass and a wristband will be provide to each Guest, which grants access to the premises and must be worn throughout the entire stay.

8.5. Access the pitches and housing units is permitted from 04:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

8.6. Upon first entry to the accommodation unit and during their stay, the Guests must promptly report any faults, breakages, malfunctions, or missing items to the reception to enable timely intervention.

09 Balance of the Stay

9.1. The balance of the Value of the stay shall be settled 24/48 hours before on the day of departure exclusively at the village cashier desk, during its opening hours.

9.2. Advance payments towards the Value of the stay may be made at the cashier desk only during the Guest’s stay. Payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, Bancomat card, or cash (within the maximum amount permitted by Italian law).

9.3. Guests are kindly requested to check the spending limits of their credit or debit cards before arrival. Payment by bank transfer is permitted only if agreed with the cashier desk at least 5 working days prior to actual departure date and only if no further variations to the stay occur. n case of delayed arrival and/or early departure, the fee for the uninhabited pitch will be charged for pitches, and the total amount of the booked stay for housing units. Guests who leave the pitch unoccupied during their stay will in any case be charged the price for the uninhabited pitch.

9.4. At the time of final payment, the Guest must also pay the tourist tax.

10 Check-out

10.1. On the day of departure, the Guests must vacate the pitch by 12:00 a.m. or the housing unit by 9:30 a.m., go to reception to return the camping passes, wristbands and, where applicable, the accommodation keys, and leave the premises, including with the vehicle.

10.2. Guests staying in housing units are requested, at the end of their stay, to dispose of their waste and to empty the refrigerator.

11 Validity of the Conditions

11.1. The present terms and conditions apply to the 2026 season and are part of the booking conditions published on the campsite’s website.
All previous booking conditions are hereby annulled and replaced.
