General booking conditions

01. Booking arrangements

All pitches and housing units can be booked through online booking or by contacting the booking office.
Reservations received within 20 days prior to the date of arrival and reservations placed online do not include advance assignment of pitch.

The unit number of the booked housing units is assigned upon arrival.

The Village does not meet any preferences in advance with regard to location, orientation, or number of units. Subject to availability at the time of check-in, the Village undertakes every possible effort to try to meet such requests, providing that no obligation shall be assumed in connection therewith and that such requests shall not, under any circumstances, lead to refunds/price reductions.


 

02. Amount of your stay

You can verify the amount of your stay by doing an availability search through the online booking system on the website or by emailing the booking office.

In the case of a single guest on the pitch, a 30% surcharge to the person rate is applied.


 

03. Deposit

The amount required as a deposit is specified in the reservation offer and varies depending on the total amount of your stay. The deposit is deducted in full from the final invoice. For special rate conditions, advance payment of all or part of the total amount of the stay may be required. Except for reservations made online on the facility’s website, a €20.00 reservation fee is required and will be charged when the balance of the stay is paid.


 

04.Advance payment

The deadline for advance payment is detailed in the reservation offer where payment instructions are stated. For online reservations credit card payment at the same time of booking is required. The reservation is automatically cancelled if the advance payment is not received within the given deadline.


 

05.Booking confirmation

The booking shall be considered final only upon receipt of the booking confirmation.


 

06. Variations

Variations to the booked periods are permitted, subject to availability, up to 30 days before the date of arrival. In case of changes to the period of stay, a rate different from the one confirmed at the time of booking may be applied. In case of changes, the Management reserves the right to assign a different pitch than the one originally booked. Late arrival is allowed by 1 p.m. on the day following the scheduled day. Beyond this deadline, the reservation is cancelled.

As for pitches, after the deposit is paid and confirmation is received, a management fee of € 25.00 is charged for each reservation change approved by the reservation office.

The management fee of € 25.00 is charged in the following cases:

– Reduction in the number of overnight stays

– Variation of the confirmed stay

In case of delayed arrival and/or early departure, the total amount of the booked stay shall be charged (rate of the pitch and/or housing unit and persons) including the unoccupied period, even if the reservation was made at the reception desk upon arrival. For the entire unoccupied period prior to arrival and up to the end of the booked stay, in case of early departure, the pitch shall remain unquestionably at full disposal of the Management.

The fee for the unoccupied pitch shall be charged to guests who leave the pitch unoccupied during their stay.


 

07. Cancellations

Booking cancellation terms are as follows:

  • refund of the entire deposit, except a penalty of 50.00 €, for cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before the date of arrival;
  • no refund for cancellations after the 30th day before the arrivaldate or in case of no-show. No exception is made for reservations confirmed and placed within 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation terms other than those listed above may apply if there are special rate or payment conditions.


 

08. Check-in

Guests should complete the online check-in at least 24 hours prior to arrival at the facility by accessing their reserved area. The online check-in option is available from the moment a reservation is confirmed.

Upon arrival at the facility, guests shall proceed to the front desk with:

  • a valid ID for each member of the group;
  • booking confirmation;
  • plate number of the car entering the facility.

At the time of registration, each guest will be given a wristband that allows access to the facility. The wristband shall be worn for the entire duration of the stay.
Guests can access the pitches and housing units from 4 p.m. (h. 16:00) on the day of arrival. Therefore, it is recommended to plan your trip accordingly.
Upon first access to the accommodation unit and during their stay, guests are required to promptly report any breakdowns, breakages, malfunctions or shortages to the front desk to ensure prompt assistance.


 

09.Balance payment of the stay

Balance of the stay can be made on the day of departure or the day before departure exclusively at the cash office during its opening hours. Down payments on the amount of the stay can be made at the cash office during the opening hours throughout your stay. Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, ATM card or cash for the maximum amount allowed by Italian law. 

Please check your credit or debit card limits before arrival. Balance by bank transfer is only allowed when agreed with the cash office at least 5 working days prior to actual departure and only if there are no further changes to the stay.

When paying the balance, guests shall also pay the tourist tax due.


 

10. Check-out

On the day of departure, guests shall leave the pitch by 12:00 a.m. or the accommodation unit by 9:30 a.m., then proceed to Reception to hand in the camping passes, wristbands and the keys of the accommodation unit when staying at the village. Afterwards guests shall leave the facility, including with their car.

Guests staying in a housing unit are asked to dispose of waste and to empty the refrigerator at the end of their stay.


 

11.Terms validity

These terms apply to the 2024 season. Any former terms are no longer valid.
